The update isn't the cause of your missing invoices. I truly understand the importance of your invoices to show in your QuickBooks account. I have some information that I want to share about why this is happening, User.
We have an ongoing issue with missing invoices from the invoices tab and have already identified the problem (INV- 87908). Our product team is in the process of doing some work to improve this experience for you that's why this is happening.
But don't worry, they're trying their best to fix this as soon as possible so you'll get back on track. While we don't have an exact time frame on when this will be resolved, you can log in to your mobile app as an alternative so you can view your invoices.
However, I still recommend reaching out to our support team. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users and be notified once everything is already okay. Please know, our live support is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
Moreover, you can learn how QuickBooks puts your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C. This organizes your income and expenses so you know what areas of your self-employed business have the biggest impact. I've added this article as your guide: Categorize Transactions In QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please touch base with us here if you have any concerns with invoices. We're always here to get you covered.
