Aging AP with PO#

I appreciate you for providing the six columns you want to display on the A/P Aging Detail report, @kasey1. We can customize it to get the specific information you need. I'd be delighted to walk you through the steps. 

1. Go to Reports from the top menu. 
2. Select Vendors & Payables and click A/P Aging Detail. 
3. Set the Report Date Range in the Display tab. 
4. In the Columns drop-down list, check the Name, Amount, Date, Due Date, Aging, and P.O. # options.
5. Click OK. 

The screenshot below shows you the last three steps. 

Once done, the result will match the six columns you've preferred to display on the report. Here's what it looks like: 

After customizing the report, I recommend memorizing it to help you quickly access it in the future. 

I also want to make sure I've got you covered. If the Age column you're referring to is the A/P aging, you can continue using the customization steps above. However, if it refers to the ages of your vendors, the said column is currently available. With this, I'd suggest exporting it to Excel so you can manually add the Age section to the report. 

Lastly, you can run and customize other vendor reports to help you keep track of your expenses and accounts payable. Just go back to the Vendors & Payables or Custom Reports menu and choose the report you want. For more details, visit this article: Customizing Vendor Reports.
