Before anything else, we'd like to ask if you've already checked the Audit log report inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). If not, you'll want to utilize the Audit log feature to check if someone deleted your estimates inside the program. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.

If no record shows, you'll want to go to the Estimates page and ensure you've selected the correct status and period. Now, if the issue persists, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps to rule out the possibility of having problems with your browser. Please be aware that browsers accumulate temporary internet files that can affect your browsing experiences. Too much of them can cause your operation to slow down or even show different results. You'll want to access your account in an incognito or private browser. Use these shortcut keys:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
