All of my expense categories have disappeared on the mobile app. I’ve restarted, logged out and back in. I’m his appears to be a bug.

I use the mobile app all the time to categorize  transactions while I wait in line at the supermarket. I can’t categorize any transactions because all my categories are gone. The web app on my laptop works fine. No issues. Frustrating. I pay too much to have to suffer.

All of my expense categories have disappeared on the mobile app. I’ve restarted, logged out and back in. I’m his appears to be a bug.

Uninstalling and reinstalling worked. The app still crashes regularly and constantly shows me ads for Intuit services I do not care about and do not need, which just creates needless friction when I’m trying to run my business. IMO Intuit should invest more in software development and less in marketing poorly developed products.
