Hello

Welcome to the Community. I can provide clarification to your question about the QuickBooks Checking account.

As of now, the system supports one per account only. Currently, the option to add a second Checking account is unavailable.

In the meantime, you can transfer your money out of your Checking. You can move funds to another bank account to free up and not reach the limit. In case you need the steps, check out this article (scroll down to Take money out of your QuickBooks Checking account): Use your QuickBooks Checking account.

Additionally, I've attached an article about the QuickBooks Checking account, like the fees involved and some details related to transferring money to another bank account: Learn more about QuickBooks Checking accounts and the Cash Flow menu.

Please don't hesitate to hit that Reply button if you have additional questions about the QuickBooks Checking account or the other QuickBooks features. Have a great day.
