Any way in QBO Advanced of exporting a purchase order with all its data as an Excel sheet? This was possible in Enterprise Desktop, but can't find it in QBO Advanced.

I want to share some insights about the data export process in QuickBooks Online Advanced. 

For now, the export option in the system will allow you to export financial reports and lists. However, for non-posting transactions, there is a different way to do it.

Follow these steps:

1. Click the Expenses menu, then select Expenses tab.
2. Select the Filter.
3. Under Type, choose Purchase Order.
4. Set your date range and any other filters you need, then Apply.
5. Select the Export to Excel icon.

If you want to include the details, use the Open Purchase Order Detail. Follow this in your QuickBooks Online account:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. From the report finder, type Open Purchase Order Detail.
3. Update the Report period, then choose Run report.
4. Click the Export icon on the report.
