Are other customers experiencing frequent QB price hikes (as is the case with my company)?

I am so frustrated with QBO monthly subscription prices going up and up. It definitely makes me not want to recommend QBO to other businesses.

They believe most users will accept the price increase. If you are not one of them, you should look for another brand to switch immediately. Convert your data to QB Desktop and you will access your historical data with the trial version for good. Then you can start from scratch in the new app.

Now is the time to leave Quickbooks. I'm not sure what kind of accounting or bookkeeping needs you use it for, but if you were at all effected by the disastrous invoice, estimate, and reporting "updates" that were rolled out this year and saw the feedback, you should be aware that Quickbooks is intent on making changes that they call "streamlining" but are actually only handicapping the features that make the software usable.

Intuit has communicated that these changes will continue, apparently with no quality assurance ahead of time if the last rollout is any indication. So, now is the time to leave before it becomes even more of a mess. All but one of the employers I work with have been convinced to migrate to other software like Zoho, Freshbooks, or Wave. All of these programs are also significantly cheaper.

You can also purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.
