I can point you in the right direction of where you can re-sort your lists to help resolve this issue in the Income by Customer Summary report. It only takes a few easy steps, just follow below.
- Go to the Customers menu.
- Select Customer Center.
- Press Edit at the top left of QuickBooks.
- Pick Re-sort List.
- Tap OK.
