Welcome to the Community, @c-satish-clarity! Let me guide you on how to upload your bills from your computer to QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Head to Expenses, then Bills.
- Click the Add bill dropdown button.
- Select Upload from computer.
- Hit the Upload button to choose files on your computer or drag and drop files into the Upload window.
Note: QBO supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images.
The bill is added to the For review tab so you can verify the information and schedule payment or pay later.
Currently, the feature to upload bills through Microsoft Excel is unavailable in QBO. As mentioned by @Fiat Lux - ASIA, a third-party app can be used. You can head to our app market or go to the Apps menu in your QBO account to find one.
