Accessing your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is my highest priority. This way, you can email accordingly.
Typically QuickBooks crashes are caused by a faulty program component. To narrow down the problem, ensure you're running the most recent version of your QBDT product. This way, you'll always get our bug fixes and security patches.
If the problem persists, I suggest installing QuickBooks Tool Hub and running the Quick Fix my Program utility. This tool assists in the resolution of major issues and errors that a user may encounter while working in QBDT. For the best experience, we recommend running it on Windows 10, 64-bit.

After that, attach the pdf again and send it via email to see if it's working properly.
