Welcome to the Community page, Matthew. I'm here to assist you with your inquiry regarding the automated export of financial statements to Excel.
As of now, the ability to automatically export the financial statements to Excel is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can manually export them through Excel.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the Reports section.
- Locate and choose the specific report you wish to export.
- Click on the Export icon located at the top of the report.
- Select the option to Export to Excel.
- Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.
Otherwise, you can check for a third-party app that helps integrate with QuickBooks Online. This way, you don't have to export them manually. Integrated applications are available to download through the QuickBooks App Store. You can try searching for the app within your QuickBooks Online account.
I've also added some resources that will help you speed up the reporting process:
Please keep me posted on your progress. I want to ensure that you're able to get this report exported into Excel. I'm only a post away if you need me. Have a great day!
