Automatically Export Invoices, PO's to cloud?

I can share an insight to help you with your task, @scpa.

You can search the Apps menu to see trusted applications that can integrate and help automatically export invoices and POs to the cloud. This will aid employees viewing these jobs/projects without giving them QBO access.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu from the left panel.
2. In the Search box, enter a product functionality like export invoices.
   
   
    
3. Choose an app to review.
4. When you understand the terms and consider it's the right app, hit Get app now.

Once installed, you can go to the My Apps tab and click the Action drop-down menu. Then, select the following:

• Launch the app
• Access Support for the app
• Disconnect the app from the company
• Leave a Review for the app
