I'm here to help you get your most updated bank transactions. QuickBooks uploads any new transactions when you link your online bank and credit card accounts. If you’re not getting the latest ones, I suggest manually updating it to re-establish the connection.
Here's how:
- Go to Banking from the left menu.
- Select the Update or Refresh button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Wait until it's done.
If you're getting the same result, I recommend signing into your bank's website. Then, check if there are alerts or notifications for known issues that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
