Bank reconciliation

Actually the query is  after undoing the reconciliation the cleared transactions in bank register  for the undone period are same as RECONCILED ones before undoing it ?

Yes, after you unreconciled a transaction, it will be as good as before you reconcile it. 

Here's how to unreconcile the transaction:

1. Go to the Accounting menu and proceed to Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the account where the transactions and select View register. 
3. Select the transaction you want to unreconcile to expand the view.
4. Review the check column.
