Since your account has a balance, but you're seeing the opposite within the QuickBooks registers, let's troubleshoot to check for any browser-related issues. We can open your account using an incognito or private window. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO) may arise due to problems with the web browser, such as a full cache or outdated internet files. A private or incognito window does not retain internet data like cookies, history, or cached files from previous browsing sessions, creating a fresh browsing environment.

Afterward, return to your account and click the Update button. This action will initiate a connection between QuickBooks and your bank to update the Online Banking page.

Thank you for your response. Opening in Private did nothing. The ‘Bank Balance’ for QB checking is 0, “In QB” it’s a big balance. I’m new on online version and not familiar with the flow of transactions behind the scenes. Trying to figure it all out!
