I'm happy to help you show the BCC on your review and send window, mwenceslao15.

 

We can click the blue icon beside the email address to view the CC and BCC emails. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Create Invoice.
  2. Click Review and Send.
  3. Hit the CC/BCC blue tile to show the email addresses.

Yes, that is what I am doing but the added email in the setting is not added in the invoice emails. Few months back, there was no issue.

These browsing sessions prevent cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify webpage issues.

 

Here are the shortcut keys on how to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Safari 11 or newer: Press ⌘ + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, open the invoice and check the email address (Cc/1 Bcc section). If the email shows up in the specified section, clear your regular browser's cache to enhance its performance. You can also consider using other supported web browsers.
