Hi! I am an accountant that works for a CPA firm. I have a few custom reports that I want to share with multiple clients (multiple QB desktop files). If I could do this it would save me a lot of time having to format each report at each client.
Does anyone know how? Thanks!

You can export each report, but if that is a Standard Set, make a Group, then Export the Group. I have a Group for law firms, for example. But you have to Neuter the reports; you cannot filter on specific accounts, such as "VISA" or "Customer Prepayment" unless that exact same account type by that name exists in all the files that you intend to Import the files. For example, I always include my pdf for How To Import, for the customer that gets the Trust Bank report, to further customize the report that I filter, for instance, on "account = all Bank Type" and they need to change that to filter on Account = their Trust Bank only, which I might not even know what they called it in their QB file.
Looks like someone else just asked the same question...

Thank you! This solution works great. You can also run a "group" of reports with minimal clicks which saves a lot of time. Much appreciated!
