To make sure I'm on the same page, may I ask for more details about the transactions that don't show and showed cleared in the bank register? This way, I can provide you with accurate information that can address your concern. A screenshot will be much appreciated.

Thanks for the additional information, @fred-haynes. Let me help you with this.

There might be some glitches while you log in to your QuickBooks account. I'd suggest you to log out and then log back in to refresh your account. After that, you can undo those added transactions and then add it back to the register to check if you still get the same issue.

If issue persists, you can contact our QuickBooks Support team. This way they can be able to check on to your account an investigate further on why you can't set cleared the added transactions.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
