I'm here to share the cause of the discrepancy in your Class QuickReport, quickmayo. Allow me to help you fix this.
You can assign classes to transactions on a per-item basis or for the entire transaction in QuickBooks. If you choose to assign a class to each item, you'll want to ensure assigning the same class to other transactions as well. This way, when you run a QuickReport, it will include all relevant data.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and press All Lists.
- Choose Classes.
- Find the name of the transaction, then click the Run report.
- Within the report, click the Bill to view the full details.
- Assign a class to each line item by clicking the Class dropdown, then choose the same class that we're assigned to the other line item.
- Once done, press Save and close.

Furthermore, you can also print your report if you want to use it outside QBO.
