I am pulling the budget vs actual report and the report isnt pulling the correct numbers from the budget that I set up. It is showing strange numbers and I cannot figure out why. Please help. Thank you!

Let's verify how you set up the budget. In QuickBooks, all expense and income accounts in the Chart of Accounts will reflect in the Budget Reports. The data, however, depends on how you set up the budget.
First, make sure the correct Fiscal Year is used for reporting. To check if it matches your company settings, follow the steps below:
If you did all these steps and still haven't got any positive outcome, you can recreate the budget for the same Fiscal Year. Then, launch a new Budget vs. Actual report to compare if it does the same thing. Follow the steps in this article to set up a new one: Create a budget or forecast in QuickBooks Desktop.

I already had the company info correct but it didnt correct the problem. I did find that if I changed the date to tomorrow it worked. Not sure why that is. Thank you!
