Thanks for dropping by here in the Community, @carey-growingroo. Allow me to share some details about creating a separate email for an estimate and an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
As of the moment, the option to create a separate email for an invoice and estimate isn’t available yet. However, you can edit the email address and manually enter the new one accordingly.
Alternatively, you can also automatically set-up your Cc/Bcc emails in your settings, so you don't have to always add them manually.
Here’s how:
- Go the Gear icon then Account and settings.
- Select the Sales tab.
- Scroll down to the Message section and click to edit.
- Choose Invoice under the Sales form drop-down menu ▼ (make sure you don't edit the email subject line).
- Type in the Cc email and Bcc email if applicable.
- Select Save then Done.
