I changed the account name, but only the balance came over. I can no longer see the transaction details for the entire history of the account. If I change the Profit and Loss to "Classic View" I can drill down on the account and see the details, but this is the only way. Is this error being addressed?
Has anyone else had this problem?

I have tried clearing my browser's cache and even tried Microsoft Edge. Same thing - I can only view the history through the P&L Classic Report. I called Quickbooks Online Help, and they actually told me I should not change the name of any accounts as it is not recommended. If that's the case and it causes these problems, it should not be an option to change the name.
