Hey there, @harvard2015. I'll share information on how you can achieve your goal.
You can look for an in-house programmer or a third-party transmitter to convert the tax reports from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to an ASCII text file. Currently, the option to do this in our system is unavailable.
I'll also share this article to learn how QuickBooks automatically calculates your income tax: Automatically estimate your income tax in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Feel free to return here if you have additional questions about managing your tax reports file. We got you always.
Thank you for the quick response @Bryan_M . I am informed of options available. Will be grateful to hear of possibility at achieving my purpose.
Best Regards.
Thank you for following up on this thread, harvard2015.
As my colleague mentioned, you can use a third-party converter tool to change tax reports generated in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) into an ASCII text file.
Moreover, please note that QBSE has been discontinued. As a result, the ability to send product suggestions or feature requests is no longer available.
Furthermore, here’s a valuable resource to help you file your year-end tax as a self-employed: Filing self-employed taxes in QBSE.
We are always here to help you file your taxes and efficiently. Please notify us immediately if you need help managing QuickBooks. We're always here to support you!
