Can I create a CSV file of my data for transfer?

I can help you with creating a CSV file of your data for transfer, @pacific1.

Can you tell me more about this data that you'd like to create and where you'd want to transfer it? That will surely help me provide an accurate solution to the concern you're having.

You can create a CSV file of your bank transactions that you can upload to QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can use either a 3-column or 4-column format. A 3-column format must have a Date, a Description and the Amount column. A 4-column has a Date, a Description, and both a Credit and a Debit column.

More information about other things to look for when formatting your CSV file, as well as a sample file on which to base your file, can be found in this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

Once you're done, see this article for more information on how to upload the file if your bank or credit card account is connected to QBO or not: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

In case you're trying to create other data or lists (vendors, customers, inventory, and chart of accounts), check out this article on how to create a CSV file and upload or import to your QBO account: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

In case you'd like to create a CSV file from your account to transfer to other account, here's how to export your reports and lists into individual Excel files: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

That should help you create the CSV file that you need. If you mean something else, let me know in the Reply section below. Have a great rest of the day!
