You will need to edit the Invoice template and remove the address.

Here is how:

Gear at top corner > Your Company > Custom Form Styles > Select Standard Master Invoice Template and Click Edit under Action column > Switch to Content tab > Click Pencil icon at the right panel > Click Address and uncheck the box > Save.
