Certainly, you can capture customer signatures using the QuickBooks Online app, ensuring a swift and secure transaction process.
Here's how it works:
On iOS
- Open the Menu ☰, and click Invoices.
- Select an existing transaction, or create a new one.
- Add any necessary information.
- Click Save.
- Select Get Signature.
- Have your customer sign with their finger.
- Press Done.
On Android
- From the Menu ☰, select Invoices.
- Choose an existing transaction, or create a new one.
- Add any necessary information.
- Press Done.
- Select Get Signature.
- Have your customer sign with their finger.
- Click Done.
