Can I invoice my clients (monthly invoices) and accept payments through my QB Online? I have the Essentials Plan.

I'd like to move my invoicing from Square to QB's.  Is there a charge to create and invoice customers via QB on my plan? Can I do recurring invoices? Do I have to have something specific set up to process payments?

Hi, I run a digital marketing agency, so I invoice monthly (once a month) for Ad Mgmt Services and create one off invoices for projects/launches.

With regards to receiving customer payments, you need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments, which allows you to add links to invoices so customers can pay online.

 

On the other hand, your customer can pay you and use a third-party payment provider.
