This process is incomplete. When service fee is added to the invoice manually e. g. $3,000 at 3%, equals to $90, the true service fee of 3% is not accurate since it was added before the service fee was added to the invoice. This fee should be calculated at the bottom of the invoice somewhere by the sales tax.
They have been developing the feature but don't expect for the turnaround time. For the time being, ask your clients to utilize MP to pay your invoice by credit cards. You will get paid by bank transfer or check for free.
