Can I pay more than one bill from "bills" on the same check for a single vendor?

Good Afternoon, @b2bdave-verizon-

Welcome to the Community!

The option to pay multiple bills to one vendor in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. However, I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in the near future:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Press the Feedback option.
  3. Enter your suggestions.
  4. Tap Next to submit your suggestions.

In the meantime, you can check out these guides:

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. I'm only a post away if you need me.

@b2bdave-verizon-

You need to signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO. You will be able to pay multiple bills in a single payment by check or another method to the same vendor. You can also be able to void the check easily anytime from the dashboard if required.

You can get a cashback to pay the first bill.

RE: The option to pay multiple bills to one vendor in QuickBooks Online is unavailable.

Wow, that's terrible. QuickBooks Desktop has been able to pay multiple bills and create one payment since the beginning of time. That's just basic functionality.

It is comical that Intuit thinks QuickBooks Online is a reasonable replacement for QuickBooks Desktop. It's the biggest downgrade ever. It's a downgrade even from QuickBooks 2.0, which was published in about 1996.
