Can I print cheque details (amount received from customer) on the invoice

Nice to see you here in the Community, @Deepak1967. I understand how important it is to show the details when printing the paid invoice. I'll share some insights.

 

Currently, the option to show the payment details when printing a paid invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

As a way around, we can include the payment details in the Message on invoice section to show them when printing.

Since the option is unavailable, I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next to submit them.
