Can I reformat the packing slip to include more or different information?

What kind of business do you run? Consider having an additional app to do so.

I have a product-based wholesale & retail business. It should be built-in that I can change, add/remove columns of information on the packing slips. I shouldn't have to get an app.

This is disappointing. I will submit the feedback.

Nothing that complicated. I would like to add the prices in certain instances, and re-configure the name, SKU info when needed

I see how beneficial it is for your business to have the option to edit packing slips. This feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As for the SKU, it's available to add in your invoice templates.

Otherwise, I suggest following the steps my colleague @JamaicaA shared above to submit feedback to our product developers for this feature to be added in future enhancements to QuickBooks Online.

I know how essential these options are to personalize the packing slip, @Fenella76. I'll lay out some information about your concern in QuickBooks Online.

Customizing receipts is only available for invoices, sales, and estimates. Therefore, there isn't a way to edit the template for the packing slip. 

With that, I recommend sending feedback to our product developer. They will look into it and allow this feature to add to their next product update.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.
