Can I run a report for one bank account only?

Tried to run one and it wants to include all of them. I filtered it, but it still won't work.

Can I run a report for one bank account only?

Yes, you can run the Account List report and filter it to display a specific bank account, @bhz88yy8v. I'd be happy to provide further details and guide you through the process.

To clarify, could you confirm which report you were attempting to run? If it was the Balance Sheet report, please know that this report does not allow filtering to show only one bank account, as it summarizes all asset, liability, and equity accounts.

Conversely, you can generate the Account List report and Filter it to show a particular bank account. To do that, here's how:

  1. Navigate to Reports, then Standard, reports.
  2. Enter Account List in the search field.
  3. Click on Switch to classic view and Customize button.

  4. Select the Filter dropdown and search and tick the box for your bank account under the Account section.
  5. Once done, click Run Report to generate the filtered results.

If you meant that you’ve already run a report that includes these options, but the filter didn't work as expected, we can open an incognito window in your browser to access the product with a clean slate. Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If the bank account appears, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot.

You can also memorize your reports to save your current customizations for future use.
