QuickBooks has an 800 number for you to call with great customer service reps at 1-888-333-3451 or you can use the help section in your software to initiate a chat. If you've exhausted the use of the number given you can use find a ProAdvisor site to gain access to many certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors https://quickbooks.intuit.com/find-an-accountant/  that you can filter to meet the criteria you seek. Or last some people on in this community have completed their profiles and you can send them a direct message by selecting their name and following the options to reach them.
