Can I stop the 'Accept Payments Online' screen after every invoice is emailed? I do not want to use this feature and it is a hassle to close after each invoice sent.

Hi there, Heidi.

I understand how challenging it is to be prompted to accept payments online when you prefer not to. However, you'll need to manually decline the offer to stop the pop-up from appearing after a few times you send an invoice.

We value your business needs and appreciate your feedback to improve our services. I suggest submitting a feature request directly to our product engineers, who can improve the Accept Payments Online pop-up only to appear when necessary.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

Additionally, you can make customized templates for your sales forms to add your preferences to your invoices.

Feel free to comment below if you have further concerns besides Accept Payments Online, which keeps appearing. I'm always here to assist you.

I decline it every time and it still shoes.  I never signed up for QB payments and there has to be a way to make it stop.  Months and months of this and I cannot find a way to cancel it.

I have sent feedback multiple times - obviously that isn't helping as I have done all the suggestions to resolve the issue.

QuickBooks spends more effort on marketing than improving their software. Incredibly annoying.
