When it comes to transferring customers and invoices from a third-party application, it would be best to contact their technical support. From there they will guide you on how to integrate or sync the data you need into QuickBooks Online. However, if you were able to create your own Excel spreadsheet, we can use it to import it into your QBO account. Here's how:
If all is set, you can now import the data into your QBO account.

If you can't export them to Excel, you'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. Can you export any data from the app? I checked their website and their content is very limited.
