When it comes to transferring customers and invoices from a third-party application, it would be best to contact their technical support. From there they will guide you on how to integrate or sync the data you need into QuickBooks Online. However, if you were able to create your own Excel spreadsheet, we can use it to import it into your QBO account. Here's how:
- Create a new Excel spreadsheet.
- Make sure the columns on row 1 of your Excel spreadsheet have the same headers as under the capital letters below.
- Fill in your spreadsheet with the contact information.
- Save the Excel spreadsheet as a .xls or a .xlsx file and take note of its location.
If all is set, you can now import the data into your QBO account.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Import data.
- Select Customers.
If you have QuickBooks Online Advanced, just follow the steps and details in this article to import multiple invoices: Import multiple invoices at once. If you can't export them to Excel, you'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:
- Go to Apps on the left side menu.
- Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
- Look for the app that supports the Batch Invoicing feature.
