In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can pull up the invoice of the customer to view the time charge.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Click Invoices.
3. Select the drop-down arrow under Action.
4. Choose View/Edit.
5. Click the 1 linked Time Charge above the customer's name.
From there, you can see the time charge connected to the invoice.
You can also run the Time Activity by Customer Detail report to view the time activities your employees provided to each customer. Just click the Reports menu and search for Time Activity by Customer Detail.
Once you've finished creating an invoice, you can send it by email or print.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to be of assistance. Wishing you and your business continued success in all that you do.
