Can multiple expenses be deleted at once or do they need to be deleted one by one?

Allow me to share some information about deleting transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), info. 

 

Currently, the option to delete an expense at once is unavailable in QBO. You'll have to delete them one by one. 

 

I know how convenient it would be for you to be able to delete multiple entries at once. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
