I can no longer find where to get a custom to sign.
Good day, @Vts.
Let me share an idea about the customer's signature on invoice. The reason why you can't find the feature custom to sign is that the option is not available on QuickBooks Online Apps using Android.
I suggest you check this article, to easily compare feature availability on supported devices:
Furthermore, I'm also adding this article to learn how to Connect your bank account to mobile app for QuickBooks Online.
If you have other questions about invoice signature, please let us know, and will be happy to help.
I use to be able to before the last update. Did 5hey remove this ?
Yes, QB removed the option on the latest update! It is a very important tool for my business. Some customers will not pay without one. PLEASE PUT THIS OPTION BACK! I haven't found a work around this yet. Is anyone else in the same situation?
Hi there, RLatx. I understand the advantage of having the ability to get customer signatures on invoices using your Android phone.
Please know that this feature is available for both IOS and Android if you're using the old invoice layout. Currently, this is unavailable using the new one. You can consider exploring third-party apps that offer this feature as an alternative solution.
On the other hand, if you wish to have this feature in the new layout, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They'll carefully review your idea and may consider it for future updates.

NO!!!
Please stop sending people this direction. It's a complete waste of time and it's not taken seriously by anyone. I have tried this path for critical issues such as this for years and it goes nowhere. Now Intuit has taken a new tact of removing critical features with every release instead of actually fixing the Sev1 and Sev2 issues outlined in all of these posts.
Please stop deferring people to a black hole and take these issues to the people who can fix them. This latest release is crippling businesses who depend daily on this functionality. It either needs to be fixed immediately or it must be rolled back. You have concisely and with forethought, removed critical functionality. This is a negative impart to your customers that MUST be fixed. Simply stating this is not part of the latest release is not acceptable answer.
