I recognize that your clients are paying you through PayPal. Currently, the option to take and process PayPal payments is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
I have another way that you may consider to make this thing happen. You can use a third-party application that will help process this type of payment. Here's how you can search for an app:
- Go to QuickBooks App Store or select the Apps menu in your QBO account.
- Click the Find Apps tab
- Enter "PayPal" in the search bar or click the Browse category.
- Pick an app and then select it to see the key benefits.
