Thank you for the reply, but the statements produced using this method do not include activity posted to Sales Receipts. They only show payments posted to Pledges (Invoices). I need a statement that shows ALL GIVING for individuals. How would I accomplish this?

Thank you,
Lynette
Thanks for the prompt response, treasurertx.
When sending statements in QuickBooks it will show customers summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances. Statements are a detailed reminder about upcoming deadlines for outstanding balances or invoices that will soon be overdue.
Based on your scenario, I recommend running the Transaction List by Donor report. This report displays all transactions you have created in QuickBooks. From there, you can filter the report by transaction types such as Pledges, Sales Receipts, and Payments. You may also add any other transaction types that you need to include in the report.
To run the report, follow the steps below:
Once done, you can print, email, and export the report. For more details on how to customize reports and focus on the details that matter the most, see this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, after running and customizing reports, you have the option to save its current customization settings for future use. You can also learn how to download or print statements and sales forms:
