Can the credit card payment option be removed and added from each invoice i send to my clients?

Good morning, @jpmorson. Let me provide you more information on how invoices work in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

You can set up online payments so customers can pay you for their invoices electronically. By default, this feature isn't turned on. To turn it on so customers can pay their invoices online, select the Setup Payments link on any open invoice. If you were approved to receive payments online, your client will see a few options to make a payment directly from the invoice. The payment will be processed through the bank account you provided when you applied. If you didn't apply for online payments, you and your client can arrange payment by mail or other online services, like PayPal, Venmo, or the recipient's bank.
