That only works if you are printing the check! I don't have an option to use Bill Pay online, from there. This is especially annoying when each ACH transaction is .50, and I have 30-100 invoices to the same vendor per month! It's even worse with vendors not set up to do ACH at $1.50 per check sent!
Even if I go over to the "bills" filter by that vendor, check them, and then click on the "schedule payment" link, it will only allow ONE bill to be worked with at a time!
The new QB Billpay doesn't offer such feature. You can signup for a free Melio account to pay multiple bills (up to 20 bills) for the same vendor with ACH for free and integrate it with QBO.

The Pay Bills Online feature is available exclusively if you have Online Bill Pay powered by Bill.com. We are not offering this service since we already have a QuickBooks Bill Pay feature.
The QuickBooks Bill Pay helps you schedule an online bill payment and allows you to pay bills one at a time.
Meanwhile, if you want to pay multiple bills simultaneously, you can consider exploring third-party apps that offer this feature as an alternative solution.
