I want to ensure we resolve the issue about viewing invoices using QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app. These troubleshooting steps I'm sharing will help us figure out the reason behind them.
Before proceeding, can you share a screenshot of the app where invoices aren't accessible? Are there any errors? Any additional information will help us provide an accurate resolution.
The stored cache may cause unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app because it affects the performance. We can reset it to verify if it is causing this odd behavior. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser, which helps us start again with a clean slate.
Follow these steps if you are using iOS:
Otherwise, proceed to the instructions below for Android:
Once done, open the invoices again. If you're experiencing the same result, uninstall and re-install the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) application.
I also recommend logging in to your QBSE account through the website. This confirms that the issue only happens in the app.
Feel free to create invoices on the go. You can also customize and process it conveniently.
If everything settles, continue working on receiving customer payments:
We give the procedure above to address common issues in the mobile app. I'll be right here if you have follow-up questions about invoices. Don't hesitate to add any concerns personalizing the forms too.
Thank you for getting back to us and providing us with more details about the error you're having with your invoices, @brichter86.
