Right now on call with Call center in Philippines? This customer service agent put me on hold for last 15 minutes, I try to find out if he is still there - no response! That is why I have to write this reply!
There is no QB direct number in USA customer service to solve issues right away. QB customer service agents do not QB Software and ask randoms things to try!
QB don't work with values they post on their website? It is fake/false impression to customers.
This needs to be read by QB CEO, President and Vice Presidents!
QB CEO/President/Senior Management still sleeping - unaware of the issue QB is having!
