We're glad to see you here, FF10. I've got information and steps when customizing your report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
We can edit and add specifics to your reports by customizing them. Also, other column descriptions are available on the customization settings to help you add details to your report.
However, the option to change the column header name in a report is currently unavailable in QBDT. With that, we can export these reports in an excel file. Doing so will allow you to add further customizations and specify other data.
To help us achieve your goal, I'd suggest sending a feature request to our product developer with the idea you have right now. This way, they may consider your suggestion and include them in our future product enhancements.
Here's how to submit feedback:
- Go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
- Click on Product Suggestion and enter your feedback or suggestion.
- Once done, tap Send feedback.
