That'll likely happen since the the account became a parent one and the number sequence is different. Here are the options that we can offer to get this working:
- Change the number associated to the account.
- Export and customize the Profit and Loss report in Excel.
Here's how to update the Number if you decided to edit an account:
- Click Lists at the top menu and select Chart of Accounts.
- Right-click on the account you want to update and select Edit Account.
- Update the Number and click Save & Close.
And here's how you can export the Profit and Loss report to Excel:
- Open the Profit and Loss report.
- Click the Export button and select Create New Worksheet.
- Export the data to Excel and customize it.
