Hi Lds Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. To create an annual report relating to a CIS subcontractor that includes payments, total cost of materials, amount liable to deduction and total CIS withheld you can run the 'CIS 300 Summary Report' and filter it by a specific subcontractor/supplier; Select 'Reports' from the main menu > type CIS in the 'Find report by name' field > select the 'CIS Contractor Monthly Statement (CIS 300)' > select Customise > select Filter > select the supplier/subcontractor that you'd like to run the report for > Select a date range > run report.

Thankyou John C for your reply.

I have followed your instructions and it worked. However, it just shows the yearly totals of payments made and cis deductions. Is there a way to show each individual month payment and deduction on the annual report?

Hi Lds That's excellent news that the steps we provided have worked. It's not possible to run a specific report that would provide you with the breakdown of the overall amounts. What you could do is select the 'Amount liable for deduction amount' figure, within the CIS 300 report, export the report to Excel, do the same for the 'Amount deducted figure and merge the two reports.

We have submitted your request/feedback to our developers and hopefully in the future they maybe able to implement a more robust CIS reporting feature that would give customers a full breakdown of the CIS transaction on the CIS 300 report.

If you have any further questions please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you.
