At this time, you can only convert an Estimate into an Invoice. To give a different customer the same job on an Estimate is to create a new form with all the details from the other customer. I recommend copying the information down onto a sheet of paper to bring it over to the new customer. Here's how you can create an Estimate and how to convert it into an Invoice:
How To Create An Estimate:
- Press on the +New button on the left-hand menu.
- Select Estimate.
- Fill out all of the necessary information on the form.
- Hit Save and send or Save and close.
How To Convert An Estimate Into An Invoice:
- Go to the Sales tab on the left-hand menu, then All Sales.
- Find and open the Estimate.
- Select Create Invoice.
- Add more details to the Invoice if necessary.
- Hit Save and send or Save and close.
