Can this be removed?? Printing, sending invoices it has Payment Method, that customers had used previously. How do you removed that from all invoices?

Not the options at the bottom for different payment options we accept but on the top third of the invoice where it fills in how the customer previous paid.

This can be removed from your invoices by editing the invoice template and disabling the Account Summary in the Custom Form Styles section, office334.

 

To disable the Account Summary which includes payment method from your template, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings, and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click Edit under the ACTION column.
  3. Navigate to the Content tab and select the second tile of the form.

  4. In the Account summary section, uncheck the Show on invoice option.

  5. Click Done to save changes.

 

Once completed, the Account Summary will no longer appear on future invoices.

 

For past invoices, you’ll need to manually open and save each one to remove the Account Summary.
