Yes, you're right. Bundles with service items aren't countable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to create each ticket and subscription as an inventory and bundle them.
Here's how to create inventories:
- Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Products and services (Take me there).
- Select New or Add a product or service. Then select Inventory.
- Add a Name, SKU, or Category for what you're tracking. Tip: Categories let you group your products and services together so they’re easier to find.
- Choose the category from the Category ▼ dropdown.
- Enter other necessary details.
- Hit Save.
